I was very excited to learn recently that the Children’s Museum of Houston has Sensory Friendly Events for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their parents.
This is SO cool to me because the museum is closed to the public during these events giving kids a chance to explore the museum on their own time and in their own way.
The next Sensory Friendly event at CMH is November 5th from 4 – 8 pm! Tickets are $5 and you need to call ahead and make reservations to attend.
For more information on Sensory Friendly Night click HERE or to make reservations call Lydia Dungus at: 713- 535 – 7238.
P.S. I do not have any affiliation with CMH and I was not asked to post about this. I just thought it would be helpful for other Houston area parents with children on the spectrum.

That looks awesome. I must come visit you all in Houston sometime!!

I would absolutely LOVE that! There are so many fun things to do here.
