So yeah, I didn’t post last week because it was Spring Break and we ate out like every night, which I now feel guilty for of course. As for my lack of posts over the last week, that would also be why there are none. We ran around like crazy folks, but it was fun and renewing and I am happy to say that it seemed to relieve me of my pregnancy induced depression.
Also, we finally told dave’s parents about the baby, since I’m now safely in my second trimester. This was a big load off our shoulders as well, so I guess there are lots of reasons why my spirits are lifted.
I’m just barely starting to show, so I just got some maternity clothes!! I can’t wait for April 12th!!! That’s when I have an ultrasound to hopefully find out the sex of our little tadpole.
Well it’s late and I still have homework..so I have to run, but hopefully since I’m a feeling alot more motivated I will actually post my scrapbooking tips and photos. I’m sorry to those of you who are waiting for that, I was feeling down for a bit, but things are alot better now!!

Hello, I think this is my first time here. Thanks for participating in MPM and congrats on the pregnancy!!
Laura
Just wanted to tell you I love your empanada recipe! I didn’t have the cheese sauce or velveeta and didn’t want to run to the store so I put in some cheddar, american and a bit of heavy cream and salsa. It was so good! They were filling and really good, my husband liked them too. I have added them to my rotating meals as an easy recipe that is excellent so thanks again.
I read down and congrats on the new baby coming! How exciting! I love babies…
Have a great week.
blessings~
Annie
I’m so glad you liked them Annie! They are a fave in my house as well.
