It was a really beautiful weekend and I have to admit that when I realized Monday was upon us I sort of threw this menu together. Oh well, not every week can be perfectly planned out anyway.I sat out by the pool a good part of the day on saturday, perhaps a little too long, because now I’m slightly burned. But to be honest, after a week of rain, it was worth it. It was gorgeous, breezy, and an awesome 93 degrees (thank you texas weather for returning).This week should be fun because today is my birthday, and we will be celebrating it all week long with various friends and family! Yay! I’m 23! I also want to say Happy Birthday to my Sister in Law Alicia who turns 30somthing today! We still think it’s crazy that Dave and his brother have wives with the same birthday.

Monday- Dinner out with the hubby for my birthday
Tuesday- Leftovers from sunday (roast & potatos)
Wednesday- Chicken Nuggets and Veggies
Thursday- Dinner out with my Mom for my birthday
Friday- Pizza
Saturday- Red Beans and Rice
Sunday- Dinner out
